基于数字孪生的水库运行管理技术研究及应用——以茶园水库为例 被引量:2

摘要 数字孪生流域建设是推动新阶段水利高质量发展的主要实施路径和重要标志之一。以茶园水库为研究对象,通过地理空间数据获取、GIS和BIM模型、水下地形模型、高分辨率三维实景模型构建等关键技术,构建了三维地理信息数字底板,耦合水文、水动力、水资源调配等水利专业模型,开发了具备预报、预警、预演、预案“四预”功能的流域防洪系统和水资源管理与调配应用系统。针对系统成果,从数据底板、模型平台、防洪“四预”应用、水资源管理与调配应用方面进行了深入剖析探讨,在“四预”平台基础上,利用长系列水文径流等资料,基于来水、需水预报模型及水资源优化配置模型对茶园水库的水资源进行合理配置,提炼总结出了一套相对完整的数字孪生的水库运行管理方案,为数字孪生清水江试点流域奠定了扎实的基础,可为中小流域数字孪生建设提供先行经验与有益参考。 The construction of the digital twin watershed is one of the main implementation paths and important symbols for promoting the high-quality development of water conservancy in the new stage. In this paper, Chayuan Reservoir is taken for an example to build 3D geographic information digital backplane through utilizing some key technologies such as geospatial data acquisition, GIS and BIM models, underwater terrain models, and high-resolution 3D reality model construction. It has developed a basin flood control system and a water resources management and allocation application system with the functions of forecasting, early warning, rehearsal and pre-planning. In view of the system results, in-depth analysis and discussion were carried out from the aspects of data baseplate, model platform and flood control "four pre-applications". On the basis of the "four pre-" platform, a long series of hydrological runoff and other data are used based on the water supply and demand forecast model as well as the optimal allocation model of water resources. The water resources of the tea garden reservoir are rationally allocated, and a relatively complete set of digital twin reservoir operation and management schemes are extracted and summarized, which lays a solid foundation for the pilot watershed of the digital twin Qingshui River, and provides pioneering experience and useful reference for the construction of digital twins in small and medium-sized river basins.
