铝合金轧制成形的研究与现状

摘要 在机械制造加工业的高速发展的背景下,相关领域对于材料提出了新的要求,使得铝合金得到了广泛应用。铝合金在各种类型机械构件制造中的投用,不仅显示出了同传统合金材料相比更加卓越的塑性与强度,也可以使部件的加工成效得到保障,还有助于降低成本投入。在此背景下,对于该领域内的企业来讲,铝合金的轧制成形便成为了重点研究课题。鉴于此,本文围绕铝合金的轧制成形工艺,首先简述了铝合金材料的特性与应用范围,其次介绍了轧制技术现状,最后重点分析了轧制成形中的常用技术——楔横轧技术,以期为相关工作人员提供参考。 With the rapid development of machinery manufacturing and processing industry, new requirements for materials have been put forward in related fields, making aluminum alloys widely used. The use of aluminum alloy in the manufacturing of various types of mechanical components not only shows more excellent plasticity and strength than traditional alloy materials, but also ensures the processing effect of components and helps reduce cost investment. In this context, for enterprises in this field, aluminum alloy rolling has become a key research topic. In view of this, this paper focuses on the rolling forming process of aluminum alloy, first describes the characteristics and application scope of aluminum alloy materials,then introduces the status quo of rolling technology, and finally focuses on the analysis of cross wedge rolling technology,which is commonly used in rolling forming, in order to provide reference for relevant staff.
