摘要
随着近几年建筑行业的快速发展,BIM技术得到了广泛的应用,本文介绍了一种通过前期建立工程样板文件、型材族库、局域网协同的方法进行铝模设计全流程应用BIM技术的可行性研究,解决了传统铝模设计无法协同、无法碰撞检查、无法与其他建筑相关行业资料对接的问题,直观的解决了空间关系冲突,减少了施工阶段可能存在的错误和返工,同时优化了铝模板排布方案。该研究总结出了一整套铝模设计BIM应用流程,包括前期三维建模、中期协同配模、后期碰撞检查及出图出清单等流程,减少了返工,极大的提高了工作效率。
With the rapid development of construction industry in recent years, BIM technology has been widely used, this paper introduces the feasibility study of applying BIM technology in the whole process of aluminum die design through the method of establishing the project template file, the profile family database and the local area network cooperation in the early stage, it solves the problems that traditional aluminum mould design can not be coordinated, can not be checked by collision, and can not be connected with the data of other construction-related industries. It directly solves the conflicts of space relations, and reduces the mistakes and reworks that may exist in the construction stage, at the same time, the aluminum template layout is optimized. The research summarized a set of BIM application process of aluminum mold design, including three-dimensional modeling in the early stage, medium-term collaborative mold matching, collision checking in the late stage and drawing out the list, etc.
