铝工业含氟溶液实验研究

Experimental study of fluorine-containing solution in aluminum industry

摘要 本文采用化学沉淀法,使用饱和氢氧化钙溶液作为沉淀剂处理铝工业中的含氟溶液,研究分析了氟钙比、温度、反应时间以及不同浓度氟离子对除氟效果的影响,结果表明:氟钙比为1∶1.5,反应温度为室温,反应时间为30min,含氟溶液浓度在4000mg/L~8000mg/L时除氟效果较为显著,除氟率达96.3%以上。 This test uses a chemical precipitation method, Saturated calcium hydroxide solution is treated as a precipitant for fluorine-containing solutions in the aluminum industry. The effects of fluorine calcium ratio, temperature, reaction time and different concentrations of fluorine ions for fluoride removal effect were analyzed. The results showed: The fluorine removal effect is significant at the fluorine calcium ratio is 1 ∶ 1.5, the reaction temperature is room temperature, the reaction time is 30 minutes and the concentration of fluorine-containing solution is 4000mg/L~8000 mg/L. The fluoride removal rate is more than 96.3%.
