ICP-MS测定锌湿法冶炼中低含量Si

摘要 针对锌湿法冶炼过程中,电解液中和电解槽结垢及漂浮泡沫等存在的低含量Si。配制合适的Si系列标准溶液,选用Sc为内标,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法,绘制标准曲线。液体样品采用直接稀释法,固体样品采用氢氧化钠碱熔-盐酸酸化法对样品进行处理,使固体形态存在的Si转化成液体形态存在,并结合标准加入法,计算回收率验证该方法的准确性和可靠性,确定电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定锌湿法冶炼低含量Si的方法。 The low content of SI in zinc hydrometallurgy process was studied, such as electrolyte neutralization, cell scaling and floating foam. SI series standard solution was prepared, Sc was selected as internal standard, and the standard curve was drawn by Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). The liquid sample was directly diluted and the solid sample was treated by sodium hydroxide alkali fusion-hydrochloric acid acidification to transform the solid Si into the liquid Si, and in combination with the standard addition method, the accuracy and reliability of the method were verified by calculating the recovery rate, and a method for the determination of low Si content in zinc hydrometallurgy by Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was determined.
