摘要 矿山开采中所使用到的设备为具体的开采工作提供了较为便利的条件。当前,自动化技术逐渐成熟,具备一定的安全性与便捷性,将其灵活运用到矿山机电设备中不仅能够良好解决矿山机电设备在开采大型矿山时造成的能源消耗问题,还能够进一步保证开采工作的安全性,从多方面进一步规范矿山机电设备的使用情况,实现更好的节能功效,将矿山企业的生产成本进一步降低,为矿山企业带来更加可观的经济效益,从而提升自身的竞争能力。矿山要想实现利润最大化,就需要切实提升其效率与管理水平,并将自动化与机械技术运用于实际采矿作业当中,这样既能够提升生产效率又能加速矿山机械设备发展。为此,本文将着重分析矿山自动化技术的应用现状,并根据现实情况来分析未来的发展趋势,为相关行业提供一定的参考价值。 The equipment used in mining provides more convenient conditions for specific mining work. At present,the automation technology is gradually mature, have a certain security and convenience, the flexible use of the mine mechanical and electrical equipment not only can well solve the mine mechanical and electrical equipment in mining large mines at energy consumption problem, also can further ensure the safety of mining work, further standardize the usage of mine electromechanical equipment from several aspects, achieve better energy saving effect, It will further reduce the production cost of mining enterprises, bring more considerable economic benefits for mining enterprises, so as to enhance their own competitiveness. In order to maximize the profit of the mine, it is necessary to effectively improve its efficiency and management level, and apply automation and mechanical technology to the actual mining operations, which can not only improve the production efficiency but also accelerate the development of mining machinery and equipment. Therefore, this paper will focus on the analysis of the application status of mine automation technology, and according to the actual situation to analyze the future development trend, to provide some reference value for related industries.
