天竺桂的不同育苗方式生长效应分析

摘要 天竺桂播种采用两种模式,即沙藏催芽播种和随采随播,对其出苗率和不同时期的芽苗移栽(长出子叶后移栽、长出一片真叶后移栽、真叶2片移栽)幼苗成活率及苗木生长效果实验比较,然后对提高成活率进行了实验对比。结果表明:天竺桂种子出苗率高的处理方式是经沙藏催芽,接近86%的平均出苗率,高出随采随播模式14.2%;要想达到最高的移栽成活率和生长量,必须在子叶长出阶段移栽,芽苗的平均成活率为96.0%,一年生苗木的平均高度为103.2 cm,平均地径为1.02 cm,平均主根长度为38.0 cm,≥5 cm长Ⅰ级侧根平均条数达21.2条,合格苗率达97.2%,合格苗产量达到38.18万株/hm^(2)。采用沙藏前+1%KMnO_(4)、随采随播+0.3%福尔马林溶液消毒、随采随播+40℃浸泡、袋播或袋栽使成活率提高至87.9%、77.9%、75.7%、88.2%左右。 Cinnamomum japonicum was sown in two modes, namely, sowing with sand storage germination and sowing with harvest.Its seedling emergence rate, seedling survival rate and seedling growth effect of different periods of seedling transplanting(transplanting after cotyledon growth, transplanting after one true leaf growth and transplanting two true leaves) are compared. Then, experimental comparison is conducted to improve the survival rate;The results showed that the treatment with high seed emergence rate was sand storage germination, which was close to 86% of the average seed emergence rate, 14.2% higher than the other mode;In order to achieve the highest survival rate and growth rate of transplanting, it is necessary to transplant at the cotyledon growth stage. The average survival rate of bud seedlings is 96.0%.The average height of annual seedlings is 103.2 cm.The average ground diameter is 1.02 cm.The average length of main roots is 38.0 cm.The average number of grade I lateral roots which is longer than 5 cm reaches 21.2.The qualified seedling rate reaches 97.2%, and the qualified seedling yield reaches 381800 plants/hm^(2). The survival rate increased to about 87.9%, 77.9%, 75.7% and 88.2% by using+1% KMnO_(4) before sand storage, +0.3% formalin solution for disinfection, +40 ℃ soaking, bag planting or bagsowing.
