木材标本蠹虫虫害调查与防治研究

摘要 蠹虫的蛀害会影响木材的使用价值,通过蛀食木材木质部或者树皮,对木材的长期保存造成严重的影响。西南林业大学木材标本馆主要以木质标本构成,2021年7月份首次发现蠹虫虫蛀原木标本情况,通过近一年的蠹虫样本采集,使用Leica体式显微镜观察了蠹虫生物学特征,最终鉴定虫害为鞘翅目粉蠹科Lyclidac褐粉蠹Lyctus brunneus。通过调查发现,褐粉蠹虫蛀食不同种木材木质部后,产生的虫洞大小不同,其蠹虫体长也具有明显的差异。根据对虫害习性的调查,通过讨论物理、化学及生物处理方式,提出了加强木材标本的管理,更加有效地消杀蠹虫,提高木材标本的长期保存的方法。 The damage of Lyctus brunneus can affect the use value of wood. By eating wood xylem or bark, it has a serious impact on the long-term preservation of wood. The wood specimen museum of Southwest Forestry University is mainly composed of wood specimens. In July 2021, the wood specimens of beetles were first found. Through the collection of beetle samples in the past year, the biological characteristics of beetles were observed by Leica stereomicroscope. Finally, the pest was identified as Lyctus brunneus and Lyclidac. Through the investigation, it was found that the Lyctus brunneus mainly eats the wood xylem. The size of the wormholes produced by different species of wood is different, and the body length of the beetle also has obvious differences. According to the investigation of pest habits, this paper discusses how to strengthen the management of wood specimens by discussing physical, chemical and biological treatment methods, so as to eliminate bark beetles more effectively and improve the long-term preservation of wood specimens.
