摘要
概述了3D打印技术的基本原理、分类和优缺点,重点介绍了国内外3D打印技术在纤维增强热塑性塑料和热固性塑料制备,以及在复合材料模具、玻璃钢船艇、风电叶片等产品制造中的应用。采用增强塑料3D打印技术可以制备增强塑料产品,可缩短产品研发周期,提高生产效率。3D打印技术工艺过程简单,制造成本低并可以提高原材料的利用率,可实现复杂结构的一体化成形,可为降低增强塑料产品的制造提供技术支持。但目前3D打印技术尚未大规模应用于增强塑料领域,因此需要加强对低成本3D打印设备、材料、工艺技术和应用方面的研究开发,以此推动增强塑料3D打印技术的规模化工业应用。
This paper has summarized the basic principles,classifications,advantages and disadvantages of 3D printing technology,focusing on the domestic and foreign applications of 3D printing technology in the manufacturing of fiber-reinforced thermoplastics,thermosetting plastics,composite moulds,FRP boats,wind turbine blades,and other products.Reinforced plastic 3D printing technology produces reinforced plastic and necessary parts,reducing the product development cycle and improving production efficiency.3D printing technology possesses high material utilization rates,simple processes and low manufacturing cost,and allows the integrated forming of complex structures,providing an effective technical solution for low-cost manufacturers producing enhanced plastic products.However,at present,3D printing technology has not been applied in the field of reinforced plastics on a large scale domestically.Therefore,the industry needs to enhance the research and development of low-cost 3D printing equipment,materials,process technology and applications to promote the large-scale industrial application of 3D printing technology in reinforced plastics production.
