摘要 随着喷油压力的增大,燃油缸内直喷式发动机喷油器的噪声问题突显。通过深入分析燃油缸内直喷式发动机喷油器的结构和工作原理,研究燃油缸内直喷式发动机喷油器噪声产生的机理,确定噪声主要来源于油压脉动和机械振动。从优化燃油缸内直喷式发动机喷油器的结构入手,提出三个降低怠速噪声的方案,并进行测试验证。结果表明,稳流降噪管可以改善低频的油压脉动噪声,减振垫片和悬吊式喷油器可以改善高频的机械振动噪声。 As the injection pressure increases,the noise issue of the GDI engine injector in the fuel cylinder stands out.By deeply analyzing the structure and working principle of the GDI engine injector in the fuel cylinder,the mechanism of the noise generated by the GDI engine injector in the fuel cylinder was studied,and it was determined that the noise mainly came from oil pressure pulsation and mechanical vibration.Starting from optimizing the structure of the GDI engine injector in the fuel cylinder,three schemes to reduce the idle noise were proposed,tested,and verified.The results show that the steady-flow noise-reduction tube can improve the oil pressure pulsation noise at low frequency,and the vibration damping gasket and suspension fuel injector can improve the mechanical vibration noise at high frequency.
