高炉矿焦槽闸门的分析与计算

摘要 建立了高炉矿焦槽料仓内物料的受力模型,推算出内翻板闸门和单扇形闸门的受力计算方法,并给出闸门料流速度的计算式。基于高炉主要物料种类,对高炉矿焦槽内翻板闸门和单扇形闸门的受力和料流速度进行了计算,并总结内翻板闸门和单扇形闸门的结构、受力特点,给出提高料流速度的建议。 The stress model of the material in the blast furnace coke tank silo was established,the stress calculation methods of the inverted plate gate and the single-sector gate were calculated,and the calculation formula of the gate material flow speed was given.Based on the main material types of blast furnace,the stresses and material flow velocities of the inverted plate gate and the single-sector gate in the blast furnace coke tank were calculated,and the structure and force characteristics of the inverted plate gate and the single-sector gate were summarized,and suggestions for improving the material flow speed were given.
