提高壳体组件孔径向跳动合格率的工艺改进

摘要 通过分析壳体组件和衬套的加工特点,确认提高壳体压衬套的座孔与被测孔之间的径向跳动精度,是控制壳体孔对衬套孔径向跳动误差的关键。对此,提出提高壳体组件孔径向跳动合格率的改进工艺,使用单件找正的方法加工,消除二次定位精度误差造成的影响。同时应当充分考虑零件结构的特殊性,特别是当找正孔是深长孔时,应防止孔偏斜造成失误。 By analyzing the processing characteristics of the housing components and liner bushing,it is confirmed that improving the radial runout accuracy between the housing bore for pressing of liner bushing and the hole to be measured is the key to controlling the radial runout error of the housing hole to the liner bushing hole.In this regard,an improved process to improve the qualification rate of aperture radial runout of the housing component was proposed,and the processing is done by the method of single-piece alignment to eliminate the influence caused by the error of secondary positioning accuracy.At the same time,the particularity of the structure of the part should be fully considered,especially when the alignment hole is a deep and long hole,and causing errors should be prevented from the hole deflection.
