摘要 分析LF炉精炼与钙处理的反应机理和钙处理工艺控制关键,达到有效去除钢液中的氧化铝夹杂,提升铝镇静钢的洁净度,调整钢液流动性和可浇铸性的目的。生产过程中对钙含量、铝含量进行动态调控,当钢液钙与铝质量分数的比值保持在0.13~0.2时,能够有效降低夹杂物的熔点,确保后续连铸浇铸作业的稳定。精炼钢渣中的氧化铁质量分数在1.0%以下。在吹入氩气的过程中保持搅拌,在合理的位置喂入钙线,使钙元素与氧化钙夹杂物进行充分反应,可以达到夹杂物改性的效果,确保精炼作业的有效性、质量与效率。 The refining calcium treatment reaction mechanism in LF furnace and the key control points of calcium treatment process are analyzed to effectively remove aluminum oxide inclusions from molten steel,improve cleanliness of aluminum killed steel,and adjust fluidity and castability of molten steel.Dynamic regulation of calcium content and aluminum content during production.When the ratio of calcium to aluminum in molten steel is kept between 0.13~0.2,melting point of inclusions can be effectively reduced to ensure stability of subsequent continuous casting operations.The iron oxide mass fraction in refined steel slag is below 1.0%.Keep stirring during argon blowing,and feed calcium wire at reasonable position to fully react calcium element with calcium oxide inclusions,which can achieve inclusion modification effect and ensure effectiveness,quality and refining operation efficiency.
