摘要
通过LIMS和实验检测设备的自动化对接进行数据采集是提高数据准确性、提升管理效能的一个重要环节。通过检测设备的接口,结合金属制品质量检验检测中心和河北网星公司共同研发的LIMS项目,以100 t电子拉力试验机为例,对LIMS和设备自动化对接的实现及效果进行分析。
Data acquisition through automatic docking of LIMS and testing equipment is an important link of improving data accuracy and management efficiency.Through interface of testing equipment and instruments which is designed by metal products testing center and LIMS company.This article takes 100 t electronic tensile testing machine for example,the realization and effect of automatic data acquisition are analyzed.
