一种适用于5G智能终端的新型自解耦天线对 被引量:1

摘要 MIMO技术是5G通信的核心技术,然而在空间受限的智能设备上布置更多的天线将导致天线间相互耦合,造成MIMO系统性能损失;加之智能设备朝全面屏发展的趋势,天线占用的空间也被进一步压缩。因此在小的净空下实现高隔离度是当前5G智能设备天线设计的关键。针对以上问题,文中设计了一种新型自解耦MIMO天线对。该天线对的两个端口在天线一体化结构设计中考虑解耦设计,无需任何额外的解耦结构。仿真结果表明:该自解耦天线对在3.4~3.6 GHz频段上的隔离度大于19 dB;4×4 MIMO系统各端口间的隔离度在3.4~3.6 GHz频段上优于16.7 dB,ECC<0.022,系统仿真的总效率达到88%~94%;该方案在净空1 mm的前提下实现。相比于已有设计,该设计在现有5G智能手机的高集成度MIMO天线领域具有可导入性。 MIMO(multiple-input multiple-output)technology is the core technology of 5G communication.However,arranging more antennas on space-constrained smart devices will lead to mutual coupling among antennas,which results in performance loss of the MIMO system.In addition,due to the development trend of smart devices toward full screen,the space occupied by the antennas is compressed further.Therefore,achieving high isolation in small clearance is the key to the current antenna design of 5G smart device.In view of the above,a novel self-decoupling MIMO antenna pair is designed.For the two ports of the antenna pair,decoupling design is taken into account in the design of antenna integrated structure without any additional decoupling structure.The simulation results show that the isolation of this self-decoupling antenna pair at the frequency band of 3.4~3.6 GHz is greater than 19 dB;the isolation among the ports of the 4×4 MIMO system is better than 16.7 dB at the frequency band of 3.4~3.6 GHz,the ECC(envelope correlation coefficient)is<0.022,and the total efficiency of the system simulation reaches 88%~94%;the scheme is realized on the premise of a clearance of 1 mm.In comparison with the existing design,this design is more advisable in the field of highly-integrated MIMO antennas for the existing 5G smart phones.
