内存数据库在门诊号源在线预约系统中的性能优化研究

摘要 门诊号源在线预约系统是医院为患者提供的一种在线预约方式,是患者就医的首个环节,然而在目前医疗资源分配不均匀的大环境下,往往出现专家号一号难求的现象。从技术层面看,放号时间点往往出现流量突刺现象,因此如何优化门诊号源在线预约系统尤为重要。文章从性能方面着手,研究使用内存数据库的内存读写、异步写入方式,保证系统的高可用与数据一致性。测试结果表明,相比于关系型数据库,使用内存数据库可在一定程度上加快数据处理能力与数据响应速度,具有较好的用户体验与性能优化。 The outpatient online appointment system is an online appointment method provided by the hospital for patients,which is the first step for patients to see a doctor. However, in the environment of uneven distribution of medical resources, it is often difficult to see a doctor who is an expert. From a technical perspective, the flow spike often occurs at the time point of appointment.Therefore, how to optimize the performance of the outpatient online appointment system is particularly important. From the aspect of performance, this paper studies the use of memory read/write and asynchronous write methods to ensure high availability and data consistency of the system. The test results show that, compared with the relational database, the use of memory databases can speed up the data processing ability and data response speed to a certain extent, and has a better user experience and performance optimization.
