摘要 为了解决传统化工实验存在安全隐患的问题,提出基于虚拟现实技术进行三维可视化虚拟环境创建与场景交互。场景的建模与功能的交互是实现化工实验室仿真的关键,本文采用MAYA技术进行化工实验室模型构建,基于UE4引擎中的蓝图完成实验的交互功能,构建出一套化工实验室虚拟仿真平台。该实验室虚拟仿真平台的建成不仅能够保障安全,还能够不受时间、空间限制进行多次的实验训练,为企事业单位技能培训提供一个虚拟平台。 In order to solve the problem of safety hazards in traditional chemical experiments, 3D visualization virtual environment creation and scene interaction based on virtual reality technology is proposed. The modeling of scenes and the interaction of functions are the key to realize the simulation of chemical laboratories. In this paper, MAYA technology is used to build the model of chemical laboratories, and the interactive functions of experiments are completed based on the blueprints in UE4 engine to build a set of virtual simulation platform for chemical laboratories. The completion of this laboratory virtual simulation platform can not only ensure safety, but also be able to conduct multiple experimental training without time and space constraints, providing a virtual platform for skills training in enterprises and institutions.
