摘要
目的 旨在调查医学本科生科研训练现状并探究其科研能力的影响因素,为医学本科生科研素养培养模式的完善提供理论依据。方法 采用自制问卷对我院2015-2020级本科生的科研训练情况进行随机抽样调查。单因素和多因素Logistic回归和多重线性回归用于分析本科生科研能力的影响因素,P<0.05被认为差异有统计学意义。结果 本研究有效问卷822份,其中参与科研训练的人数为244人(29.68%)。参与科研训练的学生中有155人(63.52%)参与时间在1年以上,127名(52.05%)学生每周参加时间在7小时以上,211名(86.48%)学生有导师指导,136名(55.74%)学生得到导师经费支持,128名(52.46%)学生国家级课题立项成功,90人(36.89%)有论文产出。多因素分析显示,参与科研训练时间、参与科研目的及科研能力是论文产出的独立影响因素(P<0.05);论文产出、课题立项级别、科研兴趣和导师指导是科研能力的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 大部分医学本科生对科研训练具有极大兴趣,但总体参与度处于较低水平。基于本科生论文产出和科研能力的影响因素,学校和教育部门应进一步搭建本科生早期科研训练平台,完善科研素质培养的教育改革,进而推动高水平创新型医学人才的培养。
Objective Undergraduate scientific research training played an important role in cultivating medical innovative talents.We aimed to investigate the status quo of scientific research training on medical undergraduates and explore the independent influencing factors for scientific research ability, which could provide theoretical basis for progress of scientific research literacy training mode. Methods A random sampling survey was conducted on the scientific research training of undergraduates of North Sichuan Medical University from 2015 to 2020 by self-made questionnaires.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression and multiple linear regression were performed to determine independent influencing factors for undergraduate scientific research ability.A P value<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Results A total of 822 valid questionnaires were included in this study.There were 244(29.68%)students participated in scientific research training.Among undergraduates participating in scientific research training, 155 students(63.52%)spent 1 to 2 years, and 127(52.05%)more than 7 hours per week.A total of 211 students(86.48%)received the supervisor guidance, and 136 students(55.74%)obtained the funding support from supervisors, 128 students(52.46%)successfully established national projects, and 90 students(36.89%)published papers.Multivariate analysis showed that the duration of scientific research training, the scientific research purpose and the scientific research ability were independent influencing factors for publication(P<0.05).The publication, the project approval level, the research interest and tutor guidance were independent influencing factors for research ability(P<0.05).Conclusion On the whole, many medical undergraduates were greatly interested in scientific research training but less involved.Based on the influencing factors for undergraduate publication and scientific research ability, universities and education departments should construct more platforms of early scientific research training for undergraduates and improve education reform of scientific research quality training, which could promote the medical talent cultivation on advanced innovation.
