健康中国背景下皮肤科护理人员中医护理技能、素养和培训现状研究

Traditional Chinese medicine nursing skills, literacy and training status of dermatology nursing staffs in the context of healthy China

目的 探究“健康中国”背景下,皮肤科护理人员中医护理临床技能、素养和培训现状,为中医护理技能和素养规范化培训提供指导。方法 采用便利抽样法,于2022年4-5月选取西安市三甲医院皮肤科102名护理人员为研究对象,通过问卷调查获取研究对象的一般人口学特征资料、中医临床护理素养、操作技能和中医护理培训情况等信息,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果 102名皮肤科中医护理人员以女性为主(97.1%),职称以护师为主(55.9%),最高学历主要为本科(83.3%),其中中医类院校毕业护理人员仅7.8%。在中医护理素养方面,护理人员整体对中医基本知识的掌握程度较高,但对典型中药疗法缺乏系统的学习和理解。在中医护理技能方面,可客观准确评价患者实施中医护理疗效,但整体中医护理技能偏低。在中医护理学习和培训方面,仅25%的人员系统学习中医护理专科知识,而23%的受访者完全没有学习经历。在工作岗位培训方面,护理人员接受的中医护理培训主要为科内组织,缺乏系统的中医护理理论和技术相关培训的学习。结论 皮肤科护理人员主要存在中医技能和素养掌握不足,相关的培训偏少和培训手段过于单一等问题。对此,优化护理人员临床中医护理学习和培训形式,加强护理人员的临床中医护理技能和素养,从而提高皮肤科护理工作质量,促进患者康复。

Objective To investigate the current situation of TCM nursing clinical skills, literacy and training status of dermatology nursing staffs in the context of “Healthy China”,and to provide guidance for standardized training of TCM nursing skills and literacy.Methods From April to May 2022,a total of 102 nurses in dermatology department of Xi’an grade triple-A hospital were selected as the subjects by convenient sampling method.The information of general demographic characteristics, TCM clinical nursing literacy, operation skills, and TCM nursing training were obtained by questionnaire survey.Results The 102 TCM nurses in dermatology department were mainly female(97.1%),the professional title was mainly nurse(55.9%),the highest degree was bachelor’s degree(83.3%),and only 7.8% of them graduated from TCM colleges.In the aspect of TCM nursing literacy, nurses have a high level of basic knowledge of TCM.However, there is a lack of systematic study and understanding of typical Chinese medicine therapy.In terms of TCM nursing skills, the efficacy of TCM nursing can be objectively and accurately evaluated, but the overall TCM nursing skills are low.In terms of TCM nursing learning and training, only 25% of the staff systematically learned TCM nursing specialty knowledge, while 23% of the respondents had no learning experience.In the aspect of job training, TCM nursing training accepted by nurses is mainly organized within the department, and there is a lack of systematic learning of TCM nursing theory and technical training.Conclusion Dermatology nurses mainly have problems such as insufficient skills and quality of traditional Chinese medicine, less relevant training, and too single training means.In this regard, we should optimize the form of clinical TCM nursing learning and training for nurses, and strengthen their clinical TCM nursing skills and literacy, to improve the quality of dermatological nursing work and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
