短视频平台联合CBL教学法在留学生授课模式中的探索 被引量:3

摘要 目的 由于留学生教育背景、方法等方面的不同,针对留学生的教育不能仅仅停留在单纯的医学知识输入层面,还应该针对留学生自身及配合疫情背景下短视频平台兴起的特点改进教学方法。本研究借助短视频平台结合病例为引导教学模式来充分提升留学生参与度,提升教学质量。方法 选取2022年3-9月就读于首都医科大学2018级留学生为研究对象,共计100人。将留学生1班(50人)为主要研究对象(实验组),并采用与留学生2班(50人,对照组)基本相同的课程设置方案。实验组接受短视频平台联合CBL教学法,对照组接受传统教学法。结果 结果显示,疫情对于留学生的学习影响显著大于本国学生(P<0.05)。与此同时,实验组留学生理论考核成绩及课堂参与度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。然而,实验组与对照组的作业成绩水平无显著差异。课后满意度调查显示CBL结合短视频的教学方法得到了师生的肯定,具有较好的教学效果及反馈。结论 应用短视频平台联合CBL教学法,可以促进对理论的再认识,提升学生的参与度与积极性。任课教师通过具体授课与反思,细致研讨,可以提高自身的教研实操能力,促进专业发展。 Objective Due to the different educational backgrounds and methods of international students, the education for international students should not only stay at the level of medical knowledge input, but also improve the teaching methods according to their characteristics and the rise of short video platforms in the context of the epidemic.The current study aims to improve the international student education and stimulate their enthusiasm for learning with the help of short video platforms combined with case-based learning.Methods A total of 100 2018 international students from March 2022 to September 2022 at Capital Medical University were selected. Class 1(50 students)is chosen as experimental group, and the curriculum design scheme is basically the same as that of Class 2(50 students, control group).The experimental group received short video platform combined with CBL teaching method, while the control group received traditional teaching method.Results The results showed that the impact of the epidemic on the learning of foreign students was significantly greater than that of domestic students(P<0.05).At the same time, the examination scores and class participation of foreign students in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).However, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in regard with the assignments.Class satisfaction survey showed that CBL combined with short video teaching method has been affirmed by teachers and students, with good teaching effect and feedback.Conclusion The application of short video platform combined with CBL teaching method can promote the understanding of the theory and enhance the participation and enthusiasm of students.Professors can improve their teaching and research practical ability and promote professional development through specific teaching, reflection and careful discussion.
