摘要
成都东站是较为重要的综合交通枢纽,本文研究成都东站与网约车接驳方式的服务水平。通过问卷数据,在信效度可接受的前提下,对模型进行验证性因子分析。在验证性因子分析可接受的前提下,再根据结构方程模型(Structural EquationModeling,SEM)分析内生潜变量满意度与外生潜变量、外生潜变量之间的路径系数和模型适配度,进而研究成都东站与网约车的接驳服务水平。
Chengdu East Railway Station is a relatively important comprehensive transportation hub. This paper studies the service level of the connection between Chengdu East Railway Station and online car-hailing. Through the questionnaire data, under the premise of acceptable reliability and validity, the model is confirmed by factor analysis. Under the premise that the confirmatory factor analysis is acceptable, the Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) is used to analyze the path coefficient and model fit between the satisfaction of endogenous latent variables, exogenous latent variables, and exogenous latent variables. Then, the connection service level between Chengdu East Railway Station and online car-hailing is studied.
