基于PLC的茶叶仓库温湿度智能控制系统

摘要 由于环境参数的动态变化,茶叶库房内的温湿度易发生波动,提出了基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable LogicController,PLC)的茶叶仓库温湿度智能控制系统。设计系统以西门子S7-1200为系统的主控装置,并搭载LDO_u1P1调节器和LDO_2P5模块,采用射频识别技术和电子标签获取茶叶仓库的物理信息,利用监视与控制通用系统(Monitor andControlGeneratedSystem,MCGS)组态软件设计系统实现方式,利用系统状态调节系统模式控制设备管理控制温湿度调节设备状态。测试结果表明,设计系统可以保证茶叶仓库温度和湿度稳定在目标范围内,超标幅度和次数均处于较低水平。 Due to the dynamic change of environmental parameters, the temperature and humidity in the tea warehouse are easy to fluctuate. Therefore, an intelligent control system of temperature and humidity in the tea warehouse based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) is proposed. Siemens S7-1200 is the main control device of the system, and it is equipped with LDO_u1P1 regulator and LDO_2P5 module, adopts radio frequency identification technology, uses a large number of electronic tags to obtain the physical information of the tea warehouse, uses Monitor and Control Generated System(MCGS) configuration software which can quickly constitute and generate the computer monitoring system, designs the system implementation. The system status adjustment mode is used to adjust the device status by controlling the temperature and humidity through device management. The test results show that the designed system can control the temperature and humidity of the tea warehouse to be stable within the target range, and the exceeding range and times are at a low level.
