摘要 机电设备故障监测系统内的数据传输效果较差,导致最终得到的故障监测准确率较低。因此,为减小监测误差,基于ZigBee技术设计了机电设备故障智能监测系统。使用ZigBee技术设计系统硬件结构,保证在各个传感器节点上接收的数据可以稳定传输。设计机电设备故障智能检测系统软件,得到目标函数最小化的必要条件,获取三维矢量的模型以及相对应的故障类型。分别对测试驱动端轴承和风扇端轴承的训练误差进行测试实验,证明设计系统的监测精度较高。 The data transmission within the electromechanical equipment fault monitoring system is poor, resulting in insufficient accuracy of the final fault monitoring obtained. Therefore, to reduce monitoring errors, an intelligent monitoring system for electromechanical equipment faults is designed based on ZigBee technology. The system hardware structure is designed using ZigBee technology to ensure that the data received at each sensor node can be transmitted stably. Design the software of the intelligent fault detection system for electromechanical equipment, get the necessary conditions for minimizing the objective function, and obtain the model of the threedimensional vector and the corresponding fault types. Test experiments are conducted to test the training errors of the drive end bearing and fan end bearing respectively, which prove that the monitoring accuracy of the designed system is high.
