基于CFPS数据的高职生就业质量异质性测度

摘要 大力发展高职教育是培养高等技术应用型人才,优化人才结构,推动产业结构升级,助推“中国制造”向“中国智造”转变的重要途径。从2010—2018年中国家庭追踪调查数据(CFPS)中的个体微观高职生样本进行追踪发现,总体来看高职生就业质量逐年提升。就业质量异质性来看,男性就业质量高于女性;东部地区就业质量高于中、西部地区;服务业就业质量高于制造业、农业;年龄大的就业质量高于年龄小的。针对上述情况提出了相应策略。研究结果及策略可为全面提升高职生就业质量提供参考。 Developing higher vocational education is an important way to cultivate higher technical application talents,optimize the talent structure,promote the upgrading of industrial structure,and boost the transformation from“Made in China”to“Made in China intelligently”.This research is based on the tracking analysis of individual samples of higher vocational students from Chinese Family Tracking Survey(CFPS)data from 2010 to 2018.It is found that on the whole,the employment quality of higher vocational students is improving year by year.In terms of the heterogeneity of employment quality,male employment quality is higher than that of female.The employment quality of the eastern region is higher than that of the central and western regions.The employment quality of service industry is higher than that of manufacturing industry and agriculture.The employment quality of older workers is higher than that of younger ones.The findings may provide some empirical evidence for improving the employment quality of higher vocational students.
