徐州中联1号万吨水泥生产线技改项目,采用了六级预热器、第四代带中置辊式破碎机的冷却机等节能降碳先进技术装备,改造施工存在设备规格大、拆除难度及安全风险高,新设备技术标准高、安装难度大、工期紧等难题。通过制定详细的专项拆除方案及设备安装方案,建立健全安全管理机构,加强安全生产管理,对改造过程实施全流程精细化管理,精密施工组织,圆满实现了改造目标。

CUCC(Xuzhou) 10 000t/d cement production line Ⅰ technical upgrade project adopted sixstage preheater, the fourth generation of cooler with middle roller crusher and other advanced technical equipment. The large scale of the original equipment bring great difficulties in demolition work. The safety risks of this project is high. The new equipment has high technical standards and it is not easy to be installed. The schedule of construction is tight. Through detailing specific demolition plan and equipment installation plan, establishing and improving safety management organization,strengthening safety management, implementing delicacy management for the whole process of the project and precise construction organization, the upgrade goal was successfully achieved.
