摘要
新工科人才培养中教育链、产业链、人才链和创新链发挥的作用不可忽视。“四链合一”新工科人才培养的路径在于制定适应产业需求的人才标准、构建学科交叉的课程体系、提供丰富多样的实践教学资源、加强“边干边学”的职业素养培养。新工科人才培养过程中通过重构ABCD课程体系、提供多样化学习模块、充实实践矩阵、引导个性化创新训练等做法,取得了一定成果。结合实践探索,提出“四链合一”新工科人才培养模式应符合学校属性和定位,推进教育链迭代;形成学科专业交叉融合的新工科知识体系,促进人才链增值;突出工学结合,构建实践矩阵,实现产业链传递;引导个性化学习,激励创新链的生成。
The role played by the education chain, industrial chain, talent chain and innovation chain in the training of new engineering talents cannot be ignored. The path of "four chains in one" new engineering talent cultivation lies in formulating talent standards that meet the needs of the industry, building an interdisciplinary curriculum system, providing rich and diverse practical teaching resources, and strengthening the professional quality training of "learning by doing". In the process of cultivating new engineering talents, certain results have been achieved by reconstructing the ABCD curriculum system, providing diversified learning modules, enriching the practice matrix, and guiding personalized innovation training. Combined with practical exploration, it is proposed that the "four chains in one" new engineering talent cultivation model should conform to the attributes and positioning of the school, and promote the iteration of the education chain;Forming a new engineering knowledge system that integrates disciplines and specialties can promote the value-added of the talent chain;Highlighting the combination of engineering and learning and building a practice matrix can realize the transmission of the industrial chain;Guiding personalized learning can stimulate the generation of innovation chains.
