摘要
部分粉料烧结加工存在两段工艺即干燥与氧化,单台设备实现双工艺有利于减少设备投产成本、运行成本。介绍了一种粉料干燥氧化一体式回转炉的设计与应用,概述了干燥氧化工艺过程,并对炉管及产能设计、新型进料器、扬料板及加热装置设计、新型降温装置等优化设计进行阐述。投产应用后设备的整体运行状态良好、烧结产品质量稳定。
There are two processes in some power sintering and processing,namely drying and oxidation.Achieving these two processes of a single equipment is conducive to reducing the production and operating costs of the equipment.The design and application of an integrated rota⁃ry furnace of powder drying and oxidation is introduced,summarizes the drying and oxidation processes,and expounds the design of furnace pipe and production capacity,new feeder,lifter,the design of heating devices,and the optimized design of new cooling devices.After being put into operation and application,the overall operating condition of the equipment is good and the quality of the sintered products is stable.
