摘要
为解决职业性噪声暴露测量过程质量控制难、测量不确定度较大的问题,本研究提出一种基于声场分布和劳动者实时定位技术的新型测量方法,通过对噪声作业场所声场分布测量和劳动者轨迹获得噪声暴露值,在解决质量控制缺失的基础上,可消除部分测量不确定度因素,从而最大限度地保证测量结果的可靠性。开发了相应测试装置,结合实际场所测试结果对测量不确定度进行评估。研究结果表明:本测量方法可有效地支持职业性噪声暴露测量,在不确定度控制方面相比现有方法具有优越性,同时该测量方法也为劳动者噪声暴露的日常持续监测提供了技术保障。
In order to solve the problems of difficult quality control and higher measurement uncertainty during the course of the occupational noise exposure measurement,in this paper,a new measurement method was proposed based on sound field distribution and real-time positioning technology,in which the noise exposure value was obtained through measuring the sound field distribution in noise operation places and the worker track.On the basis of solving the lack of the quality control,some measurement uncertainties were eliminated,so as to ensure the reliability of measurement results to the maximum extent.The corresponding test device was developed.It can be used to assess the measurement uncertainty according to the actual test results.The research results show that the measurement method can effectively support the occupational noise exposure measurement,and it has superiority than existing methods in the aspect of the uncertainty control.At the same time,the measurement method provide the technology guarantee for the daily continuous monitoring of the worker noise exposure.
