钻井作业现场安全锁具应用研究

摘要 为有效解决钻井现场检维修作业过程中能量意外释放导致事故的风险,从安全锁具配置、管理程序编制、安全培训等方面分析现场安全锁具运用现状和短板,提出开发上锁挂签图表工具的思路,并进行现场实践。结果表明:科学的安全锁具配置、严谨的上锁挂签程序、常态化的培训审核和图文并茂的清单表格,能指导员工进行能量隔离,是避免能量意外释放的有效途径。 In order to effectively solve the accident risk caused by accidental release of energy during on-site inspection and maintenance, the application status and deficiency of on-site safety lock are analyzed, this paper probes into the management countermeasures from the aspects of the configuration of the Safety Lock, the establishment of the management program, the safety training and so on. The results of field practice show that scientific and safe lock configuration, strict lock tag procedure, regular training audit and illustrated list form can guide employees to carry out energy isolation correctly, and that is an effective way to avoid accidental release of dangerous energy.
