建筑业高质量发展评价研究——以辽宁省为例

Research on Evaluation of High-Quality Development of the Construction Industry:Taking the Study of Liaoning Province as an Example

以辽宁省为例,从建筑业高质量发展的内涵出发,根据辽宁省政府发布的相关文件,从营商环境、科技创新、协调发展、绿色发展、开放发展、共享发展六个方面构建辽宁省建筑业高质量发展评价指标体系。采用熵权-TOPSIS综合评价法对数据指标进行评价,结合实例验证评价体系的有效性并提出相关政策建议,期望对辽宁省建筑业高质量发展提供有益参考。

Taking Liaoning Province as an example,starting from the connotation of high-quality development of construction industry,and according to relevant documents issued by Liaoning provincial government,the evaluation index system of high-quality development of construction industry in Liaoning Province is constructed from six aspects:business environment,scientific and technological innovation,coordinated development,green development,open development and shared development.The entropy weight-TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the data indicators,and the effectiveness of the data indicators is verified with examples and relevant policy suggestions are put forward,which is expected to provide useful reference for the high-quality development of the construction industry in Liaoning Province.
