Analysis on Influencing Factors of Municipal Road Reconstruction Project Cost

随着我国城市化进程的不断更新加快,部分市政道路已经达到了设计使用寿命,需要对其进行改造升级。本文主要对市政道路改造实际案例进行分析:不同的改造方案设计其造价各不相同;新旧路面的连接在满足承载力的基础上选择结构拼接能更好的控制道路改造成本,“海绵城市”道路的改造成本最高。其次,针对不同的改造材料分析其改造成本,希望为市政道路改造工程造价控制提供参考。

With the continuous update of the urbanization process in China,some municipal roads have reached the design life,and they need to be upgraded.This paper mainly analyzes the actual case of municipal road transformation:Different renovation programs have different costs.The connection between new and old roads can choose structural splices to better control the road renovation cost, "Sponge City" on the basis of meeting capacity.Secondly,analyzes the transformation cost for different transformation materials, hopes to provide reference for cost control of urban road reconstruction project.
