摘要
基于改进平衡计分卡思想,结合变权理论构建变权AHP-物元可拓模型探究不同变权系数对绩效评价结果影响敏感度,并确定合理变权系数下的权重,对绩效体系进行分析评价。以A项目为例,运用物元可拓模型结合绩效指标变权系数为0.2的权重体系评价项目整体绩效水平,并对项目绩效评价结果进行分析,从而提出对策建议。
Based on the idea of improved balanced scorecard,combined with variable weight theory,a variable weight AHP-matter-element extension model was constructed to explore the sensitivity of different variable weight coefficients to performance evaluation results,and to determine the reasonable variable weight coefficients.The results are used to analyze and evaluate the performance system.Taking the A project as an example,the matterelement extension model is used to evaluate the overall performance level of the project with a weighting system with a variable weight coefficient of 0.2,and the results of the project performance evaluation are analyzed to put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
