摘要
从合同管理角度分析建设工程项目停工缓建的成因,按照目标管理理论分析停工缓建给建筑施工企业带来的不利影响,并对此建立起以目标为导向的全过程风险防控体系和应对策略。本研究以期提高建筑施工企业应对建设工程项目停工缓建风险的能力。
From the perspective of contract management,this paper analyzes the causes of delayed construction of construction projects,analyzes the adverse effects of delayed construction on construction enterprises according to target management theory,and puts forward the establishment of target-oriented whole process risk prevention and control system and coping strategies,in order to improve the ability of construction enterprises to deal with the risk of delayed construction of construction projects.
