摘要
基于BIM的4D施工模拟在施工中广泛应用。但由于施工计划和BIM变更频繁,导致4D-BIM模型构建需要大量人工工作,严重影响了4D施工模拟应用的效率和效果。针对此问题,本文提出一种半自动的4D-BIM模型构建方法。该方法首先建立施工知识库、BIM分类体系和知识库映射关系,然后根据BIM模型的空间、系统和组织等信息,自动生成WBS和WBS任务之间的关系,形成4D-BIM模型。本方法可减少编制WBS、WBS与BIM的关联工作量,提升4D施工模拟效率,提升施工计划质量,提高施工进度管理水平。
4D construction simulation based on BIM is widely used in construction.However,due to the frequent changes of construction plan and BIM,the design of 4D-BIM model requires a lot of manual work,which seriously affects the efficiency and effect of 4D construction simulation application.This paper proposes a semi-automatic 4D-BIM model design method.Firstly,this method consists to establish a construction knowledge base,BIM classification system and knowledge base mapping relationship.Then the relationship between WBS and WBS tasks is automatically generated according to the space,system and organization of BIM elements to form a 4D-BIM model.This method can reduce regarding the documentation of WBS,the workload associated with WBS and BIM,and improve the efficiency of 4D construction simulation,improve the quality of construction plan and the level of construction schedule management.
