近些年建筑企业竞争加剧,利润空间被挤压。为了提升建筑企业内部管理效率、推进项目成本管控、提升企业竞争优势。本文先概括出建筑企业基于BIM技术的财务数字化转型融合框架,并以CM公司为例,实例印证基于BIM技术财务数字化转型的具体路径,并进行一些思考,以期为建筑企业的数字化转型问题提供参考。

In recent years,the competition among construction enterprises has intensified,and the profit margins have been squeezed.In order to improve the internal management efficiency of construction enterprises,promote project cost control and enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises,this paper summarizes the integration framework of financial digital transformation of construction enterprises based on BIM technology,and take s CM Company as an example to prove the specific path of financial digital transformation based on BIM technology,in order to provide reference for digital transformation of construction e nterprises.
