Research on the Development Strategy of Comprehensive Urban Development Business of Large Design Company:Taking CCCC Third Harbor Consultants as an Example

运用SWOT模型系统、全面、客观地分析企业的内外部影响环境,明确设计公司自身的优势和外部机会,识别存在的内部问题和面临的威胁。在上述基础上,提出实施城市综合开发业务的发展战略,以及相应的实施保障措施。

This paper uses the SWOT model system to comprehensively and objectively analyze the internal and external influencing environment of the enterprise,to clarify the design company’ s own strengths and external opportunities,and to identify the existence of internal problems and the threats it faces.On the basis of the above,the development strategy for the implementation of integrated urban development business and the corresponding implementation guarantee measures are proposed.
