共享模式对建设工程绩效影响的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Impact of Sharing Mode on the Performance of Construction Projects

共享制度正逐渐重塑建设工程行业的合作模式,基于此,采用结构方程模型研究共享模式对建设工程绩效的影响机理,并探讨激励、信任在共享模式与工程绩效关系中的作用。研究结果表明,内部共享可以通过激励机制提高工程绩效,外部共享可以通过信任机制促进工程绩效,内部共享对工程绩效的三个维度均具有正向影响,而外部共享只对环境绩效具有正向影响。

The sharing system is gradually reshaping the cooperation model of the construction industry.Based on this, this paper uses structural equation model(SEM) to study the influence of sharing mode on the performance of construction projects, discussing the role of incentives and trust in the relationship between the sharing mode and engineering performance.The results show that internal sharing can improve engineering performance through incentives,external sharing can facilitate engineering performance through trust.Internal sharing has a positive impact on all three dimensions of project performance,but external sharing has only a positive impact on environmental performance.
