摘要
应用外部性原理梳理流动经济发展与城市交通服务的耦合协调机制。以陕西省为研究对象,运用综合评价指数模型和耦合协调度模型测定省内10个地市建成区的两系统间耦合协调度等级。结果表明:两系统经过数年的磨合发展已形成了协调稳中有升的整体格局;西安市的两系处于持续优质协调发展态势,有望打造流动经济与城市交通协调发展的西部样板;省内其余地市谋划两者间协调发展则任重道远,需根据不同本底条件分别施策。
The coupling coordination mechanism between Mobile Economy and Urban Transportation Service is studied by the theory of externality.Moreover,the comprehensive evaluation and coupling coordination methods are used to determine the levels of coordination between the two systems through a case of 10 cities in Shaanxi province.The results show that:After years of running-in,the overall pattern between the two systems shows that coordination is growing steadily.Coordinated development between the two in Xi’an is sustainable and high-quality,while it is expected to be build a model for well coordination between Mobile Economy and Urban Transportation Service in cities of western China.The coordinated developments in other cities are still poor for different reasons,and the corresponding countermeasures need to be adopted based on their special nature and social conditions.
