摘要
随着环保要求的不断提高,在缺水地区或对排水含盐量有控制要求的地区,煤化工企业高盐废水零排放装置成为企业必不可少的配套设施。介绍了目前煤化工高盐废水零排放技术的基本工艺路线和已投运项目的投资运行费用,分析了煤化工高盐废水零排放的运行现状和客观存在的困难,为促进煤化工高盐废水零排放的实施,从提高系统运行稳定性、降低投资运行成本及解决废盐出路等角度提出了一些建议。
With the increase of environmental protection requirements,zero discharge was necessary for high salinity wastewater in areas with water resource shortage and salinity target requirement.The process route of the current zero emission technology for high salinity wastewater from coal chemical industry and the investment and operation cost of the projects that had been put into operation were introduced.The operation situation and objective difficulties of zero emission technology for high salinity wastewater were pointed out,and some suggestions were proposed considering improving the stability of system operation,reducing the investment and operation costs and providing the solution to waste salt to promote the implementation of zero discharge of high salinity wastewater from coal chemical industry.
