摘要
介绍了宁夏煤业有限责任公司煤制油分公司400万t/a煤制油项目CO变换单元工艺流程,该项目变换1系列第二变换炉采用轴径向反应器,同时配套使用QDB-07小颗粒耐硫变换催化剂。在经过轴径向反应器的安装、催化剂的装填与升温硫化、开工导气后转入正常生产。运行结果表明:QDB-07催化剂具有良好的低温活性、活性稳定性和结构稳定性,能降低系统压差,对抑制硫醇、硫醚等有机硫副产物的产生有一定的效果,与轴径向反应器匹配性良好。
The process flow of CO conversion unit of 4 million t/a coal-to-oil project of Coal to Liquids Company,CHN Energy Ningxia Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.was introduced.The axial radial reactor was adopted for the shift 1 series second shift converter of the project,and the QDB-07 small particle sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst was used.After installation of axial radial reactor,loading of catalyst and sulfidation at elevated temperature,and gas conduction at start-up,the unit was put into normal production.The results showed that QDB-07 catalyst had good low temperature activity,activity stability and structure stability,could reduce the system pressure,and it could inhibit the production of organic sulfur by-products such as mercaptan and thioether,and had good compatibility with the axial radial reactor.
