The process of leakage and repair of waste heat boiler tube bundle for crushed coal pressurized gasifier of a company was introduced,and the causes of tube bundle leakage were analyzed in terms of original design,equipment and materials,process parameters,pipeline support,medium characteristics,operation management,etc.By controlling the water pressure,flow and water quality of the boiler,preventing equipment vibration and relative movement of the tube bundle,and carrying out operation management,the leakage trend of the waste heat boiler tube bundle had been stopped,which ensured good operation of the waste heat boiler.
