碎煤加压气化炉配套废热锅炉管束泄漏原因探讨与分析

摘要 介绍了某公司碎煤加压气化炉配套废热锅炉管束泄漏及修复的历程,并从原始设计、设备材质、工艺参数、管线支撑、介质特性、运行管理等多方面对管束泄漏原因进行了分析研究,通过调控锅炉水压力、流量、水质,防止设备振动及管束相对运动和进行运行管理,遏制了废热锅炉管束泄漏势头,保证了废热锅炉设备的良好运行状态。 The process of leakage and repair of waste heat boiler tube bundle for crushed coal pressurized gasifier of a company was introduced,and the causes of tube bundle leakage were analyzed in terms of original design,equipment and materials,process parameters,pipeline support,medium characteristics,operation management,etc.By controlling the water pressure,flow and water quality of the boiler,preventing equipment vibration and relative movement of the tube bundle,and carrying out operation management,the leakage trend of the waste heat boiler tube bundle had been stopped,which ensured good operation of the waste heat boiler.
