摘要
介绍了国家能源集团宁夏煤业有限责任公司煤制油凝结水处理系统工艺流程,分析了运行过程中存在的凝结水温度高、过滤器滤芯更换频繁、出水SiO_(2)含量高、凝结水pH值偏低等问题产生的原因。通过增加换热器、除油除铁过滤器、混床、pH调节装置等进行了系统优化改造,解决了凝结水处理系统运行过程中存在的问题,同时可节约换热脱盐水200 t/h,每年节约成本1000余万元。
The process flow of coal-to-oil condensate treatment system of Ningxia Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.of National Energy Group was introduced,and it was found that the condensate treatment system had such problems as high condensate temperature,frequent filter element replacement,high SiO_(2) content and low pH of condensate in the condensate system.By adding the heat exchanger,degreasing and iron removal filter,mixed bed,pH adjustment device,etc.,the system had been optimized and transformed,which had solved the problems existing in the operation of the condensate treatment system.At the same time,it could save 200 t/h of heat exchange demineralized water and save more than 10 million yuan cost per year.
