摘要
针对某煤化工企业己内酰胺装置出现的循环水塔下池存在大量泡沫、水体呈红色、电导率和COD异常升高,以及中水回用系统RO设备产水呈红色、脱盐率和产水量降低等问题,进行了原因分析。结果发现己内酰胺装置的换热器泄漏是主要原因。通过在线检测分析换热器进出水余氯量,及时切出问题换热器;离线清洗RO膜组件,使上述问题得到了改善。
The cause analysis was made on the problems of a large number of foam,red water,abnormal increase of conductivity and COD in the lower pool of the circulating water tower in the caprolactam plant of a coal chemical enterprise,as well as the red water,low desalting rate and water output of RO in the reclaimed water reuse system.It was found that the leakage of heat exchanger in caprolactam plant was the main cause.Through inline detection and analysis of inlet and outlet water residual chlorine of the heat exchanger,the problematic heat exchanger was timely isolated;the above problems had been improved by off-line cleaning of RO membrane components.
