多措并举 推动县域农业产业高质量发展——基于河南省内黄县农业产业发展的调研

Taking Multiple Measures to Promote the High-quality Development of Agricultural Industry in Areas of County Level——Based on the Investigation of Agricultural Industry Development in Neihuang County,Henan Province

推进县域农业产业高质量发展,是实施乡村振兴战略的重要举措。文章以河南省内黄县县域农业产业发展情况调研为基础,发现县域农业产业发展已经在农产品销售平台建设、质量检测体系建设和特色种植基地建设等方面取得了一定成绩,但是还存在加工水平不高,品牌塑造不够,销售渠道不畅,资金筹措不足,政府服务能力和企业主体意识有待提升等方面的问题,提出了加强政策引导、打造产业品牌、壮大经营主体、提升产业层次、加大金融支持等方面的发展策略。

Promoting the high-quality development of agriculture industry in areas of county level is an important measure to implement the rural revitalization strategy. Based on the investigation of agricultural industry development in Neihuang County, Henan Province, it is found that there has been a certain progress in the development of agricultural industry in areas of county level such as construction of agricultural product sales platform, quality inspection system and construction of characteristic planting base. However, there still exist some problems such as low processing level, weak brand building, unsmooth sales channels, insufficient financing, poor ability of government service and weak subjective consciousness of the enterprise. Therefore, some development strategies are put forward such as strengthening policy guidance, building industrial brands, expanding business entities, upgrading industrial levels, and increasing financial support.
