省域高校教材建设“河南模式”的构建与实践 被引量:1

摘要 为有效解决省域高校教材建设面临的建设主体协同联动不够、建设全域内生动力不强、建设成果特色彰显不足三个主要问题,创新提出“3+聚合”法,按照“协同—动力—效能”三个维度,通过“高校+”,建成教材共建共享平台,推动优质资源横向集聚;通过“治理+”,重塑目标管理、过程管理和质量管理流程,推动建设脉络纵向贯通;通过“教材+”,实施特色资源、数智技术、课程思政等多要素融合创新,开辟提质增效多维路径。“三维联动·3+聚合”,开创了省域高校教材建设“河南模式”。 In order to effectively solve the three major problems in the construction of textbooks in provincial universities, namely the insufficient coordination of construction subjects, deficiency in endogenous power of overall construction and insufficient manifestation of construction results, the “Three Plus Polymerization Method”(TPPM) is proposed creatively in the light of the three dimensions of “synergy, impetus and efficiency”: to build a platform of jointly developing and sharing textbooks and promote the horizontal agglomeration of high-quality resources through “university+”;to remodel target management, process management and quality management procedure, and thus promote the vertical connection of textbook construction through“governance+”;to implement the integrated innovation with multiple factors, such as characteristic resources, smart digital technology, the ideological and political education in the curriculum, and open up multi-dimensional ways to improve quality and efficiency through “textbook+”. In brief, the“three-dimensional drive·TPPM”has created the “Henan Mode” of provincial universities’ textbook construction.
