涉疫网络突发事件发生机理研究——基于扎根理论的探索 被引量:2

摘要 [目的/意义]研究新型冠状肺炎疫情背景下涉疫网络突发事件的发生机理,为预防涉疫突发事件,化解涉疫矛盾引发的社会风险,维护社会的稳定提供科学的指导。[方法/过程]运用扎根理论进行开放式编码、主轴编码、选择性编码和饱和度检验分析,总结出5个主范畴和5个核心范畴,在此基础上构建涉疫网络突发事件发生机理的概念模型。[结果/结论]研究发现,对于涉疫网络突发事件的发生,防控举措是刺激因素,网络媒体是媒介因素,社会认知是中介变量,群体心理和群体利益是直接推动力。并据此为政府预防、化解、治理涉疫网络突发事件提出了一系列有益的对策建议。 [Purpose/significance]This paper studies occurrence mechanism of epidemic-related network emergencies under the background of novel coronavirus pneumonia to provide scientific guidance for preventing epidemic-related emergencies resolving social risks caused by epidemic-related contradictions and maintaining social stability.[Method/process]Using the grounded theory method this paper makes Open Coding Axial Coding Selective Coding and Saturation test and then gets five main categories and five core categories.On this basis this paper establishes a conceptual model of occurrence mechanism of network emergencies during epidemic situation of COVID-19.[Result/conclusion]This research finds that the prevention and control measures are the stimulus factor the network media is the medium factor the social cognition is the intermediary variable and the group psychology and group interests are the direct driving force for the occurrence of network emergencies during epidemic situation of COVID-19.Based on this research a series of beneficial countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the government to prevent resolve and govern the network emergencies during epidemic situation of COVID-19.
