全流程核酸检测管理服务信息系统的设计与应用

摘要 目的解决新冠病毒感染核酸检测过程中,工作流程复杂、需对被采样人进行手工登记且无法对全流程闭环管理等问题。方法本文提出了全流程核酸检测管理服务信息系统,该系统集合了预约登记、采样、送检、接收、检测和结果呈现等功能,能够全流程监管核酸采样的每个环节,且系统使用开放式架构,前后端分离保障了各个服务互不影响。结果系统通过了压力测试表明业务运行平稳,各服务器硬件资源使用率在合理范围,能够对核酸检测工作进行全流程信息化管理。结论全流程核酸检测管理服务信息系统在17个省进行了部署应用,在应对大规模检测时取得了良好的效果,为疫情防控作出了有力保障。 Objective To solve the problems in the process of COVID-19 nucleic acid detection,such as complicated workflow,manual registration of samples and inability to manage the whole process in a closed-loop manner.Methods This paper proposed a whole process nucleic acid testing management service information system,which integrated the functions of reservation registration,sampling,submitting,receiving,dection and result presentation.In addition,this system could supervise each link of nucleic acid sampling in the whole process.The system used an open architecture,and the separation of front and back ends ensured that each service didn’t afect each other.Results The system passed the pressure test,indicating that the service was running smoothly,the utilization rate of hardware resources of each server was in a reasonable range,and the whole process of nucleic acid detection could be managed informatized.Conclusion The whole process nucleic acid detection management service information system has been deployed and applied in 17 provinces,achieving good results in responding to large-scale testing,providing a strong guarantee for epidemic prevention and control.
