摘要
随着三维数字成像技术和以3D打印为代表的快速成型技术在口腔医学领域的广泛应用,越来越多的医生在口腔种植修复中使用数字化种植导板来引导种植手术顺利进行,这在一定程度上对提高手术的精度起到了积极作用,但也存在一些不利因素对导板引导精度造成不良影响,本文通过梳理相关文献,对影响种植导板引导精度的因素进行综述,旨在为进一步提高种植导板引导精度提供一定的参考依据。
With the wide application of three-dimensional digital imaging technology and rapid prototyping technology represented by 3D printing in the field of stomatology, more and more doctors use digital implant guides to guide implant surgery smoothly in oral implant restoration, which plays a positive role in improving the accuracy of surgery to a certain extent. However, there are also some adverse factors that have a negative impact on the guidance accuracy of the guide plate. This paper reviewed the factors afecting the guidance accuracy of the implant guide plate by combing the relevant literature, aiming to provide a reference for further improving the guidance accuracy of the implant guide plate.
