摘要
为使宽轨货运电力机车的涂装设计更加全面、科学、合理。采用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)对涂装设计要素进行了分析并确定其重要性排序,进而指导设计的完成。对涂装方案根据设计要素指标进行模糊评价,并结合眼动试验的客观评价结果,进行涂装方案的优选排序。通过出口白俄罗斯的宽轨货运电力机车涂装设计的案例,证明了FAHP在机车涂装设计过程中的可行性,赋予了设计过程的全面性与合理性。通过模糊评价法与眼动试验对方案进行了评价,为机车涂装方案的设计评价提供了理论依据,体现了方案优选的科学性。
In order to make the coating design of a wide-gauge freight electric locomotive more comprehensive, scientific, and rational, fuzzy hierarchical analysis(FAHP) was used to analyse the coating design elements and determine their importance ranking, which in turn guided the completion of the design. The coating scheme was fuzzy evaluated according to the design element indicators and combined with the objective evaluation results of the eye-movement experiments to rank the coating scheme in order of preference. Through the case of the coating design of a wide-gauge freight electric locomotive exported to Belarus, the feasibility of FAHP in the process of locomotive coating design was demonstrated, giving comprehensiveness and rationality to the design process. The evaluation of the scheme through the fuzzy evaluation method and eye-movement experiment provides a theoretical basis for the design evaluation of locomotive coating scheme and reflects the scientific nature of the scheme preference.
