Research on the Construction of Chinese Path to Modernization Safe City

以总体国家安全观为指导形成中国式现代化安全城市建设模式:建立具有中国特色的安全城市评价体系,引领和推进新时代我国安全城市发展;完善以安全文化为基础、以法治思想为核心、以系统性治理为手段、以整体安全为目标的科学治理体系;创新安全理论、完善安全法律法规和标准、提升安全技术、丰富安全监督管理手段,建立具有中国特色的安全城市支撑体系。

Under the guidance of the overall national security concept,a Chinese path to modernization construction model will be formed:a safe city evaluation system with Chinese characteristics will be established to guide and promote China’s urban security development in the new era.We should improve the scientific governance system based on safety culture,with the rule of law as the core,with systematic governance as the means,and with overall safety as the goal;innovate safety theory,improve safety laws,regulations and standards,improve safety technology,enrich safety supervision and management means,and establish a safe city support system with Chinese characteristics.
